· You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

· You may not use our services in any way that could damage, disable, or interfere with our website, fundraising efforts, or merchandise operations.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

· All content on this site, including but not limited to logos, product designs, graphics, text, images and website layout is property of You’re Not Alone Co unless otherwise stated.

· You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit our intellectual property for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

· Fundraising apparel and custom designs are created exclusively for the causes and campaigns we support and may not be reused or resold outside of their intended purpose.

3. Fundraising and Donations

· Funds raised through merchandise sales and donations are directed to the families, individuals, or organizations identified in each campaign.

· All donations and fundraising contributions are non-refundable.

· While we make every effort to ensure funds are delivered as stated, You’re Not Alone Co is not responsible if the recipient’s circumstances change after fundraising begins.

· We do not provide tax or legal advice. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, contributions are not tax-deductible.

4. Purchases and Payments

· When you purchase merchandise, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment and shipping information.

· Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full credit/debit card information.

· All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective, in which case you must contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

· Orders are typically processed and shipped within 14 days of the fundraiser campaign closure, unless otherwise noted.

5. Shipping and Delivery

· Shipping timelines may vary depending on campaign length, production schedules, and delivery location.

· We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

· Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been delivered to the carrier.

6. Limitation of Liability

· To the fullest extent permitted by law, You’re Not Alone Co is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, fundraising campaigns, or products.

· We are not responsible for the actions, statement, or outcomes of individuals or families receiving funds through our platform.

· We make no guarantees regarding fundraising goals, campaign outcomes, or the use of funds by beneficiaries.

· All information provided on our website is for general informational and fundraising purposes only.

· We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. For such matters, please consult a licensed professional.

· Product descriptions, fundraising details, and timelines are provided in good faith, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors without notice.
