At You’re Not Alone Co, every purchase and donation helps support individuals and families facing serious medical challenges. Because most of our products are created as part of fundraising campaigns, we operate under a no returns, no refunds policy, with limited exceptions outlined below.

1. General Policy

· All sales and donations are final.

· We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing, change of mind, or fundraising goals changing after your purchase.

· Donations made through our website are non-refundable.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We will gladly replace an item if it arrives damaged or defective. To request a replacement:

· Contact us at team@yourenotaloneco.org within 7 days of receiving your order.

· Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged/defective item.

· We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Lost or Delayed Shipments

· Once an order has been shipped, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.

· We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

· If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipment, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

4. Fundraising-Specific Orders

· Merchandise purchased through a fundraiser is produced after the campaign closes, which mean shipping times may vary.

· Because items are custom-printed, refunds and returns are not available except in cases of damage or defect.

· By purchasing, you acknowledge that your order is tied to a fundraiser and is subject to these terms.

5. Exchanges

· We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, styles, or designs.

· Please check size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
