Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting You’re Not Alone Co and our fundraising campaigns. Because many of our products are made-to-order as part of our fundraisers, our shipping process may differ from standard retail. Please review the following policy before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
· All fundraising merchandise is custom-made once the campaign closes.
· Orders are typically processed within 14 business days after the fundraiser ends unless otherwise stated on the campaign page.
· You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
· We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
· Shipping method is chosen based on cost, speed, and delivery location.
· We currently ship to addresses within the United States. (International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis.)
3. Shipping Costs
· Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on number of items and location.
· In some campaigns, a flat shipping rate may apply.
4. Delivery Times
· Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
· Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
· Please note that these are estimates, and delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
· Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, You’re Not Alone Co is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
· If your order does not arrive within 30 days of shipment, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
· Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
· We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to errors entered at checkout.
7. Fundraising-Specific Considerations
· Because each fundraiser is unique, shipping timelines may vary slightly from one campaign to another.
· Please check the fundraiser page for any special shipping notes related to that campaign.
