At You’re Not Alone Co, our mission is to support children, families, and individuals facing cancer and other medical challenges through fundraising campaigns and merchandise sales. This Donation Policy explains how donations are handled, applied, and disclosed.

1. Purpose of Donations

· Donations received through our website, campaigns, and merchandise sales are used to support the specific individual, family, or cause identified in the fundraiser.

· In some cases, funds may also be used to cover reasonable administrative costs related to processing payments, producing merchandise, and delivering orders.

2. Non-Refundable Donations

· All donations are final and non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of a fundraiser or changes in the recipient’s circumstances.

· If a fundraising goal is exceeded, or if circumstances change for the beneficiary, excess funds may be redirected to assist other families or individuals in need, at the discretion of You’re Not Alone Co.

3. Tax Status of Donations

· Unless explicitly stated, donations made to You’re Not Alone Co are not tax-deductible because we are not currently registered as a 501©(3) nonprofit organization.

· Donors are encouraged to consult with a tax professional regarding any questions about charitable giving and deductions.

4. Transparency and Accountability

· We strive to be transparent in how funds are collected and distributed.

· Each fundraiser includes a description of how the funds will be used.

· We make every effort to ensure donations reach the intended recipient(s), but You’re Not Alone Co is not responsible for how funds are ultimately managed by beneficiaries.

5. Donation Processing

· Donations are processed through secure third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, Paypal, Venmo, CashApp, Square, ApplePay)

· We do not store your full payment information.

· By donating, you authorize us to process your payment through these providers.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Donation Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued donations after updates constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
