Since starting You're Not Alone Co., I've had some pretty profound realizations - some heartwarming, others heartbreaking - but every single one has left its mark.

One of the biggest?

There are so many sick children. I know, Captain Obvious moment. But have you ever really stopped to look at the numbers? How many children are living each day with life-threatening illnesses? How many lose their lives before the age of ten?

And what about their parents, siblings, and loved ones? Have you ever taken the time to read what long-term illness does to a family - not just financially, but physically, mentally, and emotionally?

Now think about the news. - Every headline screams shooting, political chaos, murder, economy, climate crisis. But how often do we hear about the quiet battles happening behind closed doors? The parents praying over their child's hospital bed. The siblings who have learned to be brave far too soon. The families clinging to faith and love when life feels unbearably unfair.

Violence and division dominate the media. And to be clear - I do not support violence in any form. Gun violence, political violence, all of it. It solves nothing. Zero. Zip.

When I want to ask you something: When was the last time you held the door for someone? Smiled at a stranger in the grocery store? Paid it forward at the drive-thru just because?

You might not realize it, but half the people you pass in a day are carrying invisible battles - grief, fear, exhaustion, uncertainty. Maybe they've lost someone to cancer. Maybe they're watching someone fight for their life.

So, if I can ask just one thing of you today... Be Kind.

Kindness costs nothing. A smile is free. That coworker you've been avoiding? They might be desperate to make things right. That mom sitting alone at baseball practice in the same outfit every day? She probably just spent her last $5 on dinner for her kids.

We can't fix everything. But we can remind each other that no one fights alone.

That's the heart of You're Not Alone Co - real stories, real people, and small acts of kindness that ripple farther than we'll ever know.
